Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed on this website ("Site").

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. No reason is required.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in original or secure packaging
• Without damage or missing components

Refunds may be denied or partially reduced if the product shows signs of use or damage.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos as proof.

We will offer either:

• a replacement, or
• a full refund

For defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads, once delivered
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items explicitly marked as final sale

(Currently, we only sell non-custom physical art prints, so this clause is included for future expansion.)
